What are your hours of operation?
BingoHeart’s offices are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, with no exceptions.

How old do I have to be to use your services?
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years or older to use BingoHeart’s services.

Is gambling over the Internet illegal?
BingoHeart is operated by Surecom NV, and recognized to accept payments over the Internet.  We process millions of transactions per day, from people all over the world.  However, to determine the legality of Internet Gambling in your jurisdiction, you should consult your local governmental authorities or a qualified attorney.

Is my personal information secure and confidential?
As a customer of BingoHeart, you have entrusted us to protect your privacy and to safeguard your personal information.  We take this responsibility seriously, and have designed policies, procedures, and technological infrastructure to prevent the misuse of your information.  Furthermore, BingoHeart does NOT disclose your personal or financial details to third parties or government agencies, nor will we sell, rent, or trade your information to other agencies.

How do I open an account?
Simply complete the Sign-Up Form, and a courteous Customer Service representative will be happy to assist you in opening an account, which takes only a minute.

How much does it cost to open an account?
Nothing.  BingoHeart does not charge you for opening an account via the Internet. However, there is a minimum $25 deposit if you open a Play-For-Money account.

Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?
No, it is completely up to you to decide if you want to declare your winnings or your losses to the appropriate tax authorities in your governing jurisdiction.

What is your minimum and maximum card rate?
Our minimum card rate is $0.05 and maximum card rate is $1.00, depending on the promotion.

What currencies can I use to fund my account?
You do NOT currently have the ability to choose a preferred currency, as we only process in $US.

How do I deposit money into my account?
To deposit money into your account, BingoHeart offers a wide selection of deposit methods, including Neteller, ePassporte, InstaDebit, Prepaid ATM, Visa, and Mastercard.

How do I withdraw money from my account?
To withdraw money from your account, simply e-mail our Customer Service department, and we will process your cash-out on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday 9am-6pm EST.  We will credit your cash-out to the option you prefer, with the exception of credit cards.
